2. Respectful Communication

• Use kind, constructive language in reviews, forums, messages, and social interactions.
• Disagreements should be handled with diplomacy. Disrespect, insults, or threats will result in account warnings or suspension.
• Avoid spam, solicitation, or excessive self-promotion.

3. Zero Tolerance for Discrimination or Harm

Axumwe does not tolerate:

• Racism, tribalism, xenophobia, sexism, or ableism.
• Homophobic or transphobic speech.

• The sale of products that degrade, exploit, or misrepresent any culture or people.

5. Civic Engagement & Community Building

• Participate in “Palm Wine Gatherings,” vendor forums, and other platform-driven community activities.
• Celebrate cultural stories, holidays, and shared values respectfully.
• Engage constructively in collective feedback and co-creation efforts.

6. Violations and Consequences

Depending on severity and frequency:

• First Violation: Warning and educational notice.
• Second Violation: Account suspension or restriction.
• Severe Violation: Immediate deactivation or ban.
